I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia. I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. 

Please allow up to thirty (30) minutes for our Notary to arrive at your location to execute your documents. While Nova prioritizes timely arrival at each appointment, in the event that we will arrive late, you will be notified via call or text at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. 

An appointment is considered cancelled thirty-one (31) minutes after your scheduled time, unless otherwise notified. In the event your appointment is considered cancelled, no refunds will be issued. However, if your appointment must be cancelled due to failure of Nova to perform as promised, a refund will be issued to you within 5 business days.  

In the event that Nova must decline to notarize your document(s) due to no fault of our own (i.e. failure to provide valid, government-issued identification, failure to provide complete documents, failure to exhibit willingness and awareness, etc.), no refunds will be issued and a new appointment will be required to complete the notarization.
